About the KGP Brand

Engineered drivers, backed locally

KGP is the LED driver brand of Kegu Power Electronics, a specialist power supply manufacturer founded in 2008 in Foshan, China. For more than 15 years, KGP has focused on one thing: designing and building reliable drivers that get the best out of modern LED lighting.

Built at scale, built with care

KGP’s purpose-built facility has a floor area of over 23,000 m² and runs 12 production lines, including automated lines, with a team of around 600 people. Every stage, from R&D through production, testing and dispatch, happens under one roof. A dedicated quality centre tests products for performance and safety, and barcode traceability means every driver can be tracked back through its production history.

Real engineering depth

KGP’s R&D centre has more than 50 engineers working across hardware, software, mechanical design, testing and certification. That investment shows in more than 100 patents and a range that keeps pace with how lighting is actually specified today, including:

  • In-track drivers for 3-phase track systems, including high-efficiency, DALI, phase-dim and dual-CCT options
  • Constant current and constant voltage drivers, including compact TINY series and DIP-switch adjustable models
  • Linear drivers in SELV and non-SELV versions
  • Outdoor and IoT-ready drivers for connected and exterior projects

Proven worldwide

KGP drivers are exported to more than 50 countries and hold a broad portfolio of international approvals, including ENEC, UL, TÜV, CE, CB and SAA, with manufacturing certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You’ll find them in demanding projects around the world.
